The only information collected is in connection with your access to and use of our Services. Please read this Privacy Notice carefully. (a) Web Site Owner. Send Solutions LLC (“Send Solutions”) is the owner of this web site (“Send Solutions Web Site”). - 2. Personal Information That May Be Collected.

In order to make a purchase and/or access designated subscriber services and/or restricted areas within the Send Solutions Web site, Send Solutions will request you to provide certain personal identifying information, which may include name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, facsimile number, method of payment, and, if applicable, debit/credit card number. Send Solutions may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain customer’s account.
(b) Service Quality Monitoring. Some Web site transactions may require a customer to telephone Send Solutions or Send Solutions to call the customer. Send Solutions will not contact you by telephone without your prior consent, except to confirm an order placed online and/or to inform a customer of the status of such order. Customers should be aware that it is Send Solutions practice to monitor, and in some cases record such calls for staff training or quality assurance purposes.
(c) Information from Children. Send Solutions does not collect or maintain information from users actually known to be under the age of 18, and no part of Send Solutions Web sites are structured to attract anyone under the age of 18.
(d) Lost or Stolen Information. If your debit/credit card and/or password is lost or stolen, the customer should promptly notify Send Solutions in order to enable Send Solutions to cancel the lost or stolen information and to update its records with a changed credit card and/or password.
(e) Links to Other Web Sites. Send Solutions Web site may contain links to other web sites. Send Solutions is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other Web sites.

(a) Limited Uses Identified. Without customer’s prior consent, Send Solutions will not use your personal identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. Send Solutions uses personal identifiable information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices and in program record-keeping. Send Solutions also processes billing and business requests related to Send Solutions Web Site participation.
(b) Marketing Uses. Unless customer marks an “x” on the opt-out option box herein provided, Send Solutions reserves the right to provide customer with information about Send Solutions Web site, Send Solutions products and services, and related information in which customer has indicated an interest.
(c) Stored Information Uses. Send Solutions stores the information provided by customer. Stored information is used by Send Solutions and Send Solutions agents: to support customer interaction with the Send Solutions Web site; to deliver customer purchases; and/or to contact customer again about other Send Solutions services and products.
(d) Online Advertising. Some companies that help Send Solutions deliver interactive on-line advertising, such as banner ads, may collect and use information about Send Solutions customers to help Send Solutions better understand the types of advertising or promotions that are most appealing to Send Solutions customers. After it is collected the information is aggregated so it is not identifiable to a specific individual. If, however, customer would prefer that these companies not collect such information, please mark an “x” on the opt-out option box herein provided.

You can see, change or fix information you gave us, ask us to deactivate your account, control your location information, or opt out of receiving promotional messages from us.
(a) Personal Information. You can access, change, or correct information that you have by logging into your account at any time or by making a request directly to us on the contact details below. We will need to verify your identity before granting access or otherwise changing or correcting your information.
(b) Deactivating your account. If you wish to deactivate your account, you can do so by making a request directly to us on the contact details below.
(c) Closing your account. If you wish to close your account, you can do so by making a request directly to us on the contact details below.
(d) Right of Deletion. You have the right to ask us to delete the personal information we have collected from you (subject to exceptions the law provides). It is important to note that you may no longer be able to use our services if you ask us to delete your personal information.
(e) Right of Non-Discrimination. You have the right to not be discriminated against if you exercise these privacy rights. We will not discriminate against you, deny, charge different prices for, or provide a different quality of goods or services if you choose to exercise these rights.

5. Disclosure of Information.
(a) Agents. Send Solutions employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on behalf of Send Solutions. These persons are provided with personal identifying information required to perform their functions but are prohibited by contract from using the information for other purposes. These persons engage in a variety of functions which include, but are not limited to, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing debit/credit card payments and providing customer services.
(b) Affiliated Businesses. Send Solutions works closely with affiliated businesses operating web site stores, providing services or selling products on each other’s Web sites. These businesses identify themselves to customers. Customer information related to a transaction with an affiliated business is shared with that affiliated business.
(c) Marketing Analysis by Third Parties. Send Solutions reserves the right to disclose to third parties’ personal information about customers for marketing analysis; however, any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual customer.
(d) Safety and Compliance with Law. Disclosure to Governmental Authorities, is a legal requirement, as a result if we believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary (i) to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request (e.g., from creditors, tax authorities, law enforcement agencies, in response to a garnishment, levy, or lien notice, etc.); (ii) to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights; (iii) to enforce or comply with our Terms of Service or other applicable agreements or policies; (iv) to protect our or our customers’ rights or property, or the security or integrity of our Services; (v) for an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity; or (vi) to protect us, users of our Services or the public from harm, fraud, or potentially prohibited or illegal activities. Send Solutions may also release personal information to appropriate governmental authorities where release is required by law (for example, a subpoena) or by a regulation, or is requested by a government agency conducting investigations or proceedings.
- 6. Use of Computer Tracking Technologies.
(a) No Tracking of Personal Information. Send Solutions Web Site(s) are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Through web site access logs Send Solutions does collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff for research and development, user analysis and business decision making, all of which provides better services to the public. The statistics garnered, which contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information, may also be provided to third parties.
(b) Use of Cookies. Send Solutions, or its third-party vendors, collects non-identifiable and personal information using various technologies, including “cookies.” A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that a Web site can transfer to customer’s hard drive through customer’s browser. The cookie is then stored on customer’s computer as an anonymous tag that identifies the customer’s computer, but not the customer. Cookies may be sent by Send Solutions or its third-party vendors. Customer can set its browser to notify customer before a cookie is received, giving an opportunity to decide whether to accept the cookie. Customer may also set its browser to turn off cookies; however, some Web sites may not then work properly.
(c) Collection of Non-Identifiable Information. Send Solutions may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to the Send Solutions Web site(s) in order to provide better customer service. Examples of such collecting include traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which users visit or tracking numbers of visitors; measuring visitor activity on Send Solutions Web site(s); Web site and system administration; user analysis; and business decision making. Such information is sometimes known as “clickstream data.” Send Solutions or its contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics.
(d) Collection of Personal Information. Send Solutions collects personal identifying information from customer during a transaction. Send Solutions may extract some personally identifying information about that transaction in a non-identifiable format and combine it with other non-identifiable information, such as clickstream data. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level (not at an individual level) to help Send Solutions understand trends and patterns. (a) Commitment to Online Security. Send Solutions employs physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Billing and payment data is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online requests or complaints.
(b) No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. Send Solutions will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of customer personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, Send Solutions shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of Send Solutions including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of Send Solutions staff and third parties.
- 8. Privacy Policy Changes and Opt-Out Rights.
(a) Opt-Out Right. Customer and prospective customer has the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used or disclosed by Send Solutions and/or by any third parties with whom Send Solutions has shared and/or transferred such personal information. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting Send Solutions via e-mail at [email protected]. After processing the cancellation, Send Solutions will delete customer or prospective customer’s personal information from its data base.
- 9. Data Subject Access Rights.
(a) Information Maintained by SEND SOLUTIONS. Upon the customer’s request, Send Solutions will provide a reasonable description of the customer’s personally identifiable information that Send Solutions maintains in its data bank and in accordance with applicable laws. Send Solutions can be contacted using the details contained in the document.
(b) Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. Help Send Solutions to keep customer personal information accurate. If customer’s personal information changes, or if customer notes an error upon review of customer information that Send Solutions has on file, please promptly e-mail Send Solutions at [email protected] and provide the new or correct information.

(a) Questions, Problems and Complaints. If you have a question about this policy statement, or a complaint about Send Solutions compliance with this privacy policy, you may contact Send Solutions by e-mail at [email protected].
